Minato learned like the others from the encounter with Obito that normal ninjutsu didn't work against 6 paths Obito. Likely with Madara, who they said this chapter felt 'stronger', it won't work again and then some. So Minato cut to the chase, has sage abilities, and likely tried to use his sage mode in some way to deliver a blow/stall tactic towards Madara. I want to assume that he may have found a way to use nature chakra with his own rasengan - that doesn't mean though that his jutsu was the same as Naruto's, which also had an element blended. When Naruto used sage mode, it was for his rasenshuriken - so it was very different IMO. Naruto's jutsu was more complex since it already had an element with it, and what Naruto changed with his sage ability was manipulation of the nature around it therefor he could 'throw' the heavy jutsu. Minato isn't doing that. I don't know how much I'd look into this... what I'm more curious about is if this means Minato has lost his other arm since it's the first attack we've seen of Madara's staff. That happens, I wonder how useful Minato will be now. Madara, as regular Madara and then as 6Path Madara made quick work of Tobirama and Minato who were using Space/Time ninjutsu. It was pretty epic - and I think he did so because of Hashirama's sage chakra that he took. Unlike Obito who didn't have this, Madara does and I assume he is benefitting from recognizing the nature/chakra around him.

(Chapter starts with Madara taking off from our hero's place where his body lies lifeless)
(Scene switches to Orochimaru,Hiruzen and 4 Kages)

~(Flashback of Orochimaru and company going towards Sasuke)
Spiral Zetsu : Oh well,guess I just can't let them get away,anyway,Orders are orders after all.

[SZ suddenly makes another Wood Statue of Buddha and attacks Orochimaru]

S.A. Random Shinobi : What the? Is he targetting Orochimaru and those Kids purposely?

[4 Kages lands near Hiruzen. Just then all of a Sudden,Kurama's chakra fades away from everyones body shocking them]

4 Kages : What now?.....

Hiruzen : This is not good !......

White Zetsu : Helloooo there....it's seems all of you are finished,hehehe....

Hiruzen : What the hell are you talking about?What did Madara......

[Orochimaru suddenly lands near them]
~Flashback ends

Raikage : You........{shouts}

Hiruzen : Orochimaru......

Orochimaru : I will keep it short and precise so listen well. According to Jugo,Madara revived himself,removed Naruto's and Bee's biju as well,revived Jubi again,defeated 1st and 2nd Hokages,and pierced Sasuke with a sword through his heart.

4 kages and Hiruzen {shocked !!} : What?

Orochimaru : As much as those kids wants to save Sasuke,I know it's already too late.

Raikage : {Shouts}Who cares about that runt? Bee and Naruto,they can't die.

Ohnoki : Shit!...

Hiruzen : {Dodging attack and Shouting Angrily } Orochimaru !!!,WHERE IS SASUKE ?

Orochimaru : {Dodging the attacks} Oh please Sensei,we both know it's too late for him,so your decision of going there is an idiotic one,considering you don't know any way of saving him. Or is it the sense of guilt you have there,for you hold yourself responsible for his state or perhaps a burden you want to remove,an apology you think you owe Sasuke and you want to say it before he dies?

Kages : {With sad but surprise expression} {Apology}

Tsunade : What do you mean Orochimaru? Sensei?

Hiruzen : {Ignores Tsunade with his head down and in serious voice} I...I guess you are on the spot a little bit,and right there Orochimaru. We need to deal with 'Him' first....

Raikage : [Suddenly appears behind SZ] Lightning Punch !

[/B][Attack hit SZ and he got send flying from the statue spinning in air and flat on the ground]

SZ : Aahh!...

Tsunade : [Comes from above and lands a direct kick on SZ's stomack making a crater all around] Hiyeah....

Spiral Zetsu : Hehe....No matter what you idiots do,it's pointless. The one inside me will be the one who'll die and I don't think you all are ready to sacrifice him.

[Spiral Zetsu reveals the person to be Yamato who is barely conscious,shocking the Kages]

Orochimaru : [Suddenly appearing form behind SZ] You are probably correct that they aren't,but I am ready to make some Sacrifice.

Madara : [Landing behind Orochimaru] And So AM I.......

[Madara grabs Orochimaru before he even had a chance of escaping and removes his soul instantly;Oro's body falls dead]


Hiruzen/Tsunade and others : {Shocked} When did he ?......

Madara : He knew too much about my body,couldn't have taken a risk to let him live. Now then,"Shall we Begin?" Again? What say you Kages?

The opening panel shows Madara, finally arriving before Minato, Kakashi and BZ Obito.

Gaara and Kakashi stand before Madara looking upon in awe, in disbelief of the fact that he has already become the Jinchuuriki of thre Juubi.

Gaara- No way! He's.... He's..!

Kakashi- (thinking) I can't believe it...

BZ Obito- So, your plan is back on track, eh?

Madara- My eye... Hand it over.

BZ Obito- I have something else for you as well.

Madara- Hm? (thinking) This chakra..

BZ Obito begins to reach for his eye socket, but stops short, paralyzed.

Kurama- ( hands[paws] forming a seal) You may have absorbed me, but the 4th Hokage didn't rebuild his seal in the process, and this weak body cannot control my power!

Kurama's chakra is shown being expelled from BZ Obito in all directions, causing Black Zetsu to relinquish Obito's body, without retrieving the Rinnegan first.

Madara- Another Kyuubi? Hm, how did I not sense this before, I must be getting a bit careless.

Kurama- 4th Hokage! Quickly, seal me away! and be sure to re-build the seal for protection!

Sakura- Hurry Lord 4th! Naruto isn't going to make it much longer!

The panel shows Naruto's face, still motionless, with no expression, as he lays unconscious.

Sakura- (thinking) My chakra is almost gone... But I can't give up now..

Madara- You're not important at the moment, however....

Madara steps towards Obito's body that has fallen to the ground, reaching down to his eye.

Madara- You will become mine as well.

Gaara's sand quickly shoots toward Obito's body, lifting it and carrying it away from Madara's reach.

Madara- (calm voice) How trivial...... Bansho Tenin.

Obito's body begins to move towards Madara, carrying Gaara's sand, but now in the opposite direction.

Kakashi- Obito!

Kakashi- Earth style: Mud wall!

Kakashi's mud wall forms directly in front of Obito, trying to block his way towards Madara.

Madara- It's no use...

Madara strengthens his jutsu, causing the mud wall to lift from the ground and move towards Madara.

Madara crushes the mud wall as it reaches him, but notices paper bombs on the rubble around him.

Madara- Hm?

An explosion surrounds Madara, causing him to release his jutsu on Obito's body.

The panel shifts over to Orochimaru, Juugo, Suigetsu and Karin, still moving towards Sasuke's position.

Karin- (thinking) I can't figure out who's chakra this is, but as we near, it seems a but.... familiar.

Orochimaru- (observing Karin) She knows something... But she isn't sharing it... does she think she can save him on her own?

Juugo- Look! There he is!

Suigetsu- That man is walking towards Sasuke, but I

The mystery man reaches Sasuke before Orochimaru and Taka, and kneels down next to him.

???- His body is in shock.. he's lost a lot of blood. I should get started.

The mystery man starts to move his hands toward Sasuke.

Karin's chakra chains emerge from her body and bind the mystery man.

Karin- DON'T YOU DARE LAY A HAND ON HIM!

The mystery man's silhouette disappears, revealing the quickness of his substitution jutsu, and appears again, still near Sasuke.

???- You don't understand, I'm here to help.

Orochimaru- (thinking) That jutsu speed, so it is him*.

Juugo- Who are you?

Karin- !! (thinking) Now I sense it! I knew this chakra was familiar, it's....

The mystery man remove his hood and turns towards the group.

The panel shifts back over to Minato, Sakura, and Naruto.

Kurama- Quickly!

Minato- Sealing Jutsu: Eight trigrams seal!

Kurama's silhouette turns to chakra and enters Naruto's body.

Sakura, still directly healing Naruto's heart, wait's for it to begin to beat.

Moments later, it begin to beat, and Naruto takes his first breathe.

Sakura begins to tear up and hugs Naruto tightly, as his eyes open.

Naruto- Sakura...

The final panel shows Sakura still hugging Naruto as he begins to smile.

Rikudou's artifacts for sure will play a role here, but I'm not so sure if they could help with saving Naruto since there is really no 9tails chakra in them (as others regards in the topic, Ginkaku and Kinkaku chakra was used to perform Juubi revival). At all it could be a way, to suck up half of Kyuubi from ObiZetsu and let it be sealed in Naruto - this way is far more reasonable.

What comes to my mind is using it, to suck not only Kyuubi, but also black zetsu and leave Obito free, so he could use Rinne Tensei, but here comes the one gap - they need too much time for it and since Naruto is dying hard and Madara is there... nah, just forget about it.  I'm actually happy that things didn't go as we predicted. Even if Minato successfully transferred his half to Naruto, it wouldn't have gotten him anywhere. Something Shounenistic has to happen to Naruto, regardless of Kyuubi. He'll get some powerup and the other half of the Kyuubi will be lost by Zetsu. Naruto will fight alongside Kurama just like Madara did it in the past, minus controlling. If it's that easy for the Fox to be stolen it's that much easier for Madara to recombine with his "will" and get the rest of it. Orochimaru will put a big effort to revive Sasuke. Rly this guy is still waiting for his big impact in the story, here he has the chance. Maybe he will be the trigger with his enormous mind to activate forces that Hashi passed to Sasuke? I hope that this is not Kabuto there, and we will have another pretty fight betwen Oro, Sasuke and the rest vs yet Unknow Character.

[The scene changes completly as manga panel shifts back to Gaara and Sakura along dying Naruto flying at sand platforms]
Sakura: ?!
[smoke cloud floating dozens meters away or so in front of them is shown]

Obito: ...
Madara: but your luck ends here as I personally arrived here to take my Rinnegan back from you (Madara turns to Obito as he reaches with one hand for Rinnegan in Obito's eye)

[BZ Obito's body sweat a lot and panting as Madara's hand pass through Obito's eyes a bit as Madara's stops his hand.]
Madara: It is one of the the most dangerous and annoying technique I have ever met (withdraws his hand a bit leaving Obito's face while stopping his hand few inches from Obito's face)
Madara: Too bad, it won't work. Onmyoudon ! (black shaped fluid touches Obito's face around his eyesocket)
Obito: ?!
[Madara reaches once again for Rinnegan present in Obito's right eyesocket as he grabs it this time]

[Smirk draws on Madara's face as Madara moves his hand back to himself]
[Shot on Kakashi's serious face is shown with his MS activated]
Kakashi: I won't let you bastard, Kamui !
[Space around Madara's neck begin to spins violently]
Madara: Onmyoudon ! (black fluid emerges around Madara's neck as blakc hole opens up created by Kamui)
[Suddenly Black hole closes itself completly as space stop spining slowly around]

Madara: You are using Obito's eye power very well.. but it is nothing what Juubi Jinchurki could not deal with. Even Rinnegan user capable of using absorbing power with proper timming can deal with that technique.

[Madara plugs his other Rinnegan back into his other eyesocket]
Madara(evil smirk forms): yes... this feeling is amazing (still keep his hand covering his eye along with part of his face's right side.)
[Obito's face is shown with one his eyesocket being empty as it closes with no eye while Sharingan is still visible in Obito's left eyesocket.]

Madara: I am finally complete !
[Powerfull push blows suddenly from Madara's body pushing everyone a bit backwards.]
[Kakashi is shown protect himself with his arms crossed in front of his face]
[Kakashi lower his arms down as push force disappear]

[Suddenly Kakashi is blown away by invisible force as he has problems to keep being on his feet.]
[Dust arise then clear up completly]
Kakashi(barerly keep his MS eye opened): *what a teryffing power ?!*
Madara: It seems you have problems to stand even on your feet and you dare to challenge me... pathetic.
[Madara lands in front of Kakashi with flying down at great speed.]

[Madara pierces Kakashi's chest with black fluid shaped into spear as Kakashi's MS eye is shown widden open with shocked expression.]

[Kakashi is revealed to be Lightining clone as it disperses into sparks of lightining]
Madara(looks plainly forward): such pathetic attempt to stop me. ?!
[Suddenly strange black markings appear around on ground under Madara]
[Kakashi emerges from ground in front of Madara]
Madara: this type of barrier will not hold me even... is that joke ?
[Suddenly Kakashi throws alot of kunai with explosive notes attached to then while being connected with wire]
Madara: ?! (still not even moving) *Is he really that stupid to attack me with kunai*
[wires binds arond Madara with kunai with explosive notes attached being enveloped around Madara now.]
Kakashi: I will blow you into pieces ,Madara !

[Explosive notes activate all at the same time as powerfull explosion occurs.]
[Overhelming cloud of dust arises then finally fall down on ground revealing not injured Madara.]
[Meanwhile BZ Obito as in Black Zetsu and Obito watch Kakashi's attempts to stop Madara at all costs.]
BZ Obito: I am impressed by your friend will to fight, Obito
Obito: Oh no Kakashi... *watch as Madara emerges from smoke unscatched and unharmed and grab Kakashi's neck as he crushes it slowly.*
BZ Obito: Too bad all his attempts are meanigless against Lord Madara.
Obito: *Kakashi* Black Zetsu you already get Rinnegan eye back... even although I betrayed you.. I would like to pay back for it and finish Kakashi bastard.

BZ Obito: Do you really think I am gonna fall for such cheap trick ?
Obito: *shit he figured out my purpouse* then please walk there as I want to die along Kakashi...I want to be with him even in the end.
BZ Obito: Well..., Lord Madara is in charge so he decides about your fate... but let's go
[Kakashi is shown being choked very hard as his neck is shown crushed by great force as pressure is only increasing.]
[BZ Obito suddenly appears next to Madara as he put one of his arm on Madara.]
Madara: What is the problem... Black Zetsu.
BZ Obito: I want to finish that Kakashi bastard myself

[Madara releases Kakashi from his choking as he take one step backwards.]

[Obito and Kaksahi appear inside other dimenssion as they get out from black hole spining then effect stops.]

[Minato finishes his sequence of handseals]
[Minato put his hand glowing hand at Naruto's chest ]
